Is this truly hassle-free?
Yes! From drop off to pick-up our service goal is for the customer to have a hassle-free experience from start to finish. We drop off your hot tub at your desired location, set it up, fill it, treat it, and the rest is just relaxing and enjoying. When it's all said and done, we pull up and drain it, load it up, and bring it back to our site to thoroughly sanitize the hot tub to get it ready for the next rental
What is the size of the hot tub?
Our hot tubs are 300 gallons, and they fit up to 6 adults.
Does it have hydrotherapy jets?
Yes! Our hot tubs have 6 hydrotherapy jets that help with relaxation and muscle therapy.
Electric?
Great question! This is what separates our hot tubs from the competition. Soak It Up hot tubs can plug into any standard household outlet.
Is the hot tub inflatable?
Oh hell no! All Soak It Up hot tubs are hard sided hot tubs that won't go flaccid regardless the outside temperatures.
Do I need a reinforced area to place the hot tub?
No! Our hot tubs are light weight and easily maneuverable. Any flat(ish) surface will do (outdoors or indoors).
Are the hot tubs sanitized?
Yes! We take our sanitizing and cleaning process very serious to ensure all customers receive the cleanest and safest offerings possible.
What about chemicals?
When we initially set up your hot tub, we insure that the hot tub water is balanced and ready to safely use. Depending on your length of rental, we leave you with test strips and pre-measured solution to make sure you are set up for hassle-free success.
Do I have to be onsite for delivery?
Yes! With safety and cleanliness being our top concerns, we do require someone onsite for delivery in order to sign a waiver and to give a quick rundown of all the hot tubs features.
